Phoebe signed the divorce papers at the end, which I was surprised she was allowed to leave the judges office with. But was it still valid? Didn't Cole show up at the hearing to contest based on the add Phoebe put in the papers, which was a requirement? The papers were signed by the Judge believing all proof was met that Cole couldn't be reached and was nowhere to be found. So it's surprising the Judge would still accept them. Even Daryl said Cole made him look like a fool in front of the judge.
