During the fight between Piper as a fury and Phoebe, phoebe was saying to "fury piper" that she thinks piper blames her for abandoning them and prue's death. I was thinking about this and remembered in AHBL after Tempus reversed time, he did to the point just after piper and prue sent phoebe upstairs to check the BOS for a spell. So piper would have only thought phoebe was just coming down from upstairs. So unless phoebe told them what actually really happened or piper was allowed to retain her memories from before, (when phoebe left her and Prue to go see Cole), I don't know how Piper would have known what happened. It would have been nice if we got to see their dialogue right after piper was healed the second time and prue wasn't. Don't know why the 4th seson couldn't take off right after Piper was healed. They could have worked around showing prue's body somehow

It's presumed Leo, Cole and Phoebe all orbed up at the same time and were able to only rescue Piper and not Prue, so I think it's to be assumed she asked Phoebe where she was.
As for filming scenes and doing it around her body, it was 2001 and money was tighter than shows without sfx and there was the whole Shannen owning her likeness (which maybe they only found the loop hole by s5's "Cat House"). We'll just live a lifetime of disappointment over it.

I'm sure Phoebe and Leo told Piper what happened with the exposure and time reversal. But I think it's more that Phoebe feels guilty for going to the underworld at all. So in the first timeline, Phoebe was there to call for Leo right away, which is what saved Prue and Piper. In the second timeline, Phoebe of course isn't there to call for him, but she seems to remember this when she tells either Leo or Cole that her sisters need to be warned of Shax's first attack.
But what if Phoebe had never gone to the underworld? Would her presence have stopped Prue from wanting to go hunting for Shax in public and broad daylight? If so, then they don't get exposed as witches, Piper doesn't get shot and die, and there's no need to go back in time. But of course Phoebe did go to the underworld and was in a position to bargain with the Source to get him to get Tempus to reverse time.
The whole reason Prue died was that Phoebe was either unable to be there to call for Leo like in the first timeline, or that Leo himself knew the situation but was unable to get Phoebe and/or himself out of the underworld in enough time. Both situations have to do with Phoebe's presence, or lack thereof, in the house, as Leo wouldn't be in the underworld if Phoebe wasn't.
So unless Phoebe had stayed with her sisters and convinced Prue to not attempt to fight Shax in public, either way, it's either that Prue dies or Piper does, and if Piper dies, it goes along with the world knowing about them. It's easy to blame Phoebe because she wasn't with them when they were exposed as witches or when Prue died. She certainly didn't have to go find Cole; she just wanted to.
This is never expressed in the show, but Piper may blame herself just a little bit for Prue dying. They went back in time to stop the world from learning about them, but for Prue, she was in support of anything that would fix the situation as much to save Piper as to protect their secret. As the audience we could see that they had no future when their secret was out, but for Piper, all she would know from Phoebe and Leo was that she died and Prue was alive before time reversed and then suddenly, Piper is alive and well and her sister is dead. So I think Piper blamed herself as much as Phoebe, and as much as Leo for being unable to heal the dead, and anything at all that she could blame because she was in so much pain.

Well supposedly once time was reversed The Source sent bounty hunters after Cole, Leo and Phoebe, they escaped by orbing/shimmering and by the time they got home they could only save Piper. Piper definitely was told what had actually happened, there is no way the three of them could have all kept it from her.

About the dialog with Fury Piper, Phoebe was feeling bad because she left Prue and Piper alone to search Cole: Phoebe thinks it was her fault Leo, Phoebe and Cole cannot know what happened after Leo went to Underworld, they onle found Prue dead and Piper dying

It wasn't Phoebe's fault in the first place. One, Prue and Piper had helped teleport Phoebe to the "Underworld", instead of refusing to help Phoebe until they certain that they had permanently dealt with Shax. And leaving the house and exposing their magic to the outside like that was pretty stupid.

Yeah what Prue and Piper did in AHBL going after Shax in the street exposing magic was their fault really although they didn't know the reporter and cameraman were there at time but then some people could say that what Phoebe did going to the Underworld to save Cole instead of help her sisters which was more important was her fault to because it meant she wasn't there to cast the power of three spell with them to vanquish Shax the second time round.

When a tragedy happens, everyone feels responsible in some way and wonders if it could be possible to avoid it The Power of Three was the only way to stop Shax, Prue'ld have to ponder and wait for Phoebe, not hurry into a dangerous hunt

I think she was feeling guilty. She was in the underworld saving Cole and without her they weren't able to save the doctor or vanquish Shax.

They acted in a rushed way
Prue and Piper deputed Phoebe to search something about the danger and Phoebe tried a spell
Prue and Piper got wrong thinking they vanquished Shax
Above all, it was the wrong evaluation by Prue and Piper the origin of the mess, so I doubt that Piper'ld think it was Phoebe's fault
Bur Phoebe felt guilty, for this
Prue and Piper weren't worried about a potential new attack, but about Phoebe's feelings for Cole, so all the sisters undervalued the situation But I agree with Erika, it is normal to think that you'ld prevent, you'ld do better, when a tragedy happens
