Out of all of the girls who seemed to have the best clothes? It could be based on comfort, style, or anything really. Personally, my favorite was Piper for the most part she had the kind I would usually wear in a lot of episodes.

I would say Piper to for the fact that most of her clothes were not skimpy outfits like Prue, Phoebe and Paige's ones were being more role modelling for young girls and also some things I would wear to.

Piper for sure. Paige's wardrobe improved during season 7 onto season 8

Other, I didn't mind Cole's wardrobe at all really.
Now, the sisters had great clothes in the first season or two. Wasn't a fan of what Phoebe ended up wearing later on. But Piper overall had the best if I had to pick just one for all the season's. Wasn't as bad as the others.

All the siters had bad dresses with the exception of season 8 Phoebe
Piper and Phoebe were too shabby, mainly Piper, Prue often was gross with that kind of triangle she used as shirt
I liked her black sheath dress with colored sweater
The only Paige nice dress was her wedding dreas, very elegant, I read it was Rose to buy it in a vintage shop
I voted Piper, she had horrid shoes and bad pants but it was fit for her character, the simple girl-next-door who became one of the powerful witch in the world, a contrast that I love

Piper for me had the most boring style. Phoebe and Paige really got more stylish in the last 2 seasons.

I liked Prue's fashion in season 1. No idea why it changed after season 1. Why did she suddenly start wearing clothing that isn't very work appropriate.

I went for Prue. Even when she was wearing something more revealing it was still tasteful. There were some points in the later seasons where Phoebe might as well have just been naked, we could see everything anyway!

Probably an unpopular opinion but I loved what Prue wore S3. As for my favourite style I'd go with Phoebe in the earlier seasons up till about S6... I love quirky fashion and she wore some interesting things!

The only reason I'm picking Phoebe, right now is because I absolutely LOVE her early S5 look, and it's always the first thing that pops into my head regarding wardrobe.

Grams! She was always serving looks. Even in the afterlife. The only character I can think of that had a consistent style.
I also love some Phoebe looks in seasons 2 and 3.
