I just noticed for the first time that Piper was wearing glasses when quizzing Paige on potion basics. Has she worn glasses at any other times in the series? I've never noticed  |

Not that I remember. I just remember Phoebe in glasses. Anyone else remember any of the others ever wearing them?

I do love her glasses. It's interesting to note dears that all the sisters ended up wearing glasses. I think Paige did in the flashforward but I might be wrong.

Paige did wear glasses in the flash forward and Piper didn't wear glasses any other time then.
Were probably on to illustrate her brainy head.

I Think in Enter the Demon they were trying to show Piper as the oldest sister, so they gave her glasses.

That does makes sense giving her glasses to make her appear as the oldest sister. But Piper wore glasses when she was a teenager, she did in a photo in Coyote Piper. But, she only wore them once. So it was most likely just to show the audience that Piper was smarter and older than Paige.

I think it's more for her to be acting "brainy" or even "teacherly" than showing her to be the oldest. After all, we never saw Prue wearing glasses, while both Phoebe and Paige (the youngest) did.

I agree. It was more to be brainy, because soon after Piper read off the potion quiz question to Paige she took the glasses off and never wore them again |

I know when Prue worked at Buckland's she wore glasses a few times then going back over season 1 obviously. Yep, she wore them many times when working at Bucklands, especially if she was analysing paintings or objects and needed a closer look. I don't think she wore them at all in season 3 when she was a photographer. |
