I've loved dears the thread on naming your top 10 most favorite moments or scenes of the series. Now I think it would be wonderful to get a top 10 for each season.
Pick your all time top 10 favorite season 1 moments or scenes but only moments you really liked. You can also note down honourable mentions to one or two moments *not* in the top 10, but worth mentioning.
This is going to be so much fun!!!

My Season 1 Top 10
#1 Patty and Grams send the sisters back to the present in 'That Seventies Episode'
#2 Phoebe meets Patty in 'That Seventies Episode'
#3 the sisters watch the video of them as children in 'Thank You for Not Morphing'
#4 The sisters at the end of the episode talking about the photo Phoebe took with Prue, Piper and herself still in Patty's womb 'That Seventies Episode'
#5 Sending Melinda Warren back in 'The Witch is Back'
#6 Prue says "I Love you" to Piper for the first time in 'From Fear To Eternity'

I think I'd like this episode even more if it's the only time we saw Barbas. |

So I haven’t watched any season 1 episodes in a while except “from fear to eternity” that I watched today, so I’ll write mine based on moments I remember vividly. At least if I can still remember it then it was memorable for me😊
1. Phoebe sees a picture of herself as an unborn baby “that 70s episode”
2. Piper healing Leo moment “love hurts”
3. Piper saying goodbye to mark in “deadman dating”. When Mark tries to touch her face
4. Phoebe and piper not able to not tell the truth in the kitchen after prue cast a truth spell. Phoebes so confused why she’s spilling the beans and piper says that something weird is going on. They finally confront prue and she tries to take off and later confesses she cast the spell “the truth is out there”
5. Prue dealing with Andy’s death “dejavu all over again”
6. Leo walking out the front door in orbs holding his toolkit “Wicca envy”
7. The sisters burning the relinquishing spell at the end of Wicca Envy”. “So witches forever?” “And damn proud of it”
8. Piper and prue hugging phoebe at quake after phoebe said goodbye to clay. I always Loved those sister moments at the bar at quake.
9. Phoebe and prue returning terry to her mom after phoebe got the premonition of her off of the bracelet. “The wendigo”
10. Prue finally saying I love you. “From fear to eternity”

11. Prue and phoebe pretending nothing happened while piper was gone when piper confronts them in the kitchen when she returned from her trip “the power of two”
12. Piper and prue freaking out about the power being out and phoebe taking a torch and saying she’s going up to the attic. The sisters thought phoebe was insane
13. Piper sitting in her car, daring herself to go into a church “I got you under my skin”
14. The Sad moment the girls had after sending Melinda back with the power of 3 spell. Also when they summoned her and piper was afraid of blood. “The witch is back”

I agree with gzv969 I always loved those sisterly moments at the bar at Quake or just a nice scene between the sisters ending an episode. They were so rewarding to watch in S1 in many of the episode's endings. Yet I bet the number of episodes ended with a relationship drama or cliffhanger with one of the sisters and their men was much higher.

I really liked Quake a setting and base for sisterly moments over P3. One of my favorites was the ending of 'The Truth is Out There' with Phoebe and Prue, such a sad but nice sisterly moment.
I would not be surprised and probably a majority of the episodes of Charmed concluded on a non-sisterly scene later on.

Hmmm...that could make for an interesting poll - Favorite Sisterly Ending...
It's another reason why I prefer standalone episodes. With the episodic ones you very seldom got sisterly endings. I'm going to guess that if you did a poll, most of the sisterly endings would be in S1-2.

Just realized that I never did give my Top Ten. And realize why - too many fantastic moments in that season. I truly don't think I could pick just 50, much less 10. And to rank them? No way! I really don't like ranking because most things in a list I like for a totally different reason.

I do agree, that most would come from S1-2. If I made one, I'd go through each transcript in order to refresh my memory, still be fun to do the whole series and tally up and see which season had the most. |
