Yes it is. I liked Darryl then to.
I don't really have a favourite episode of his as they're quite a few good ones especially partnering Andy season 1 wise although I did like him in the Succubus episode and All Hell Breaks Loose.

Darryl really stood up for the girls and showed us a side of himself in charmed again. I liked that he stood up to inspector Cortez

All Halliwell's Eve. With Halloween coming up, I might rewatch this episode.
I didn't mind the episode where Darryl got powers was it Little Monsters. Was a funny story to watch. But not my favorite Darryl episode, but worth noting.
