Well we have had fun dears with the writer's polls, now it's time to for the directors. I'm going to start a general one for overall directors, and then we can do the individual ones after. 

I haven't listed the many one-time directors of Charmed in this poll, and I found we had well over 10 of them. Which might be better for another poll, But not this one.

So who were your three favorite directors on Charmed?

[Charmed by Piper]

Craig Zisk. I liked how he brought out the emotional moments like Prue in Witch Trial, Piper breaks down in Astral Monkey, The sisters convincing Prue they are real in Ms. Hellfire or the sister's real raw rage and emotions in Power Outage.

John Behring - He directed many good episodes, but I did feel again he brought out some really great acting by the actresses particularly in Morality Bites. A couple of the episodes he did, were not to my liking. But I'm voting on directing not writing. So he gets a vote from me.

Shannen Doherty - I'm voting her because All Hell Breaks Loose was probably the best-directed episode of the entire series. Everything she did was just so well done, with a poor script Brad Kern provided her. She still came out looking good.

This was hard to do. But I took out all my personal feelings on the writing on each episode and was able to pick three.

Anson Williams
Now I haven't seen The Demon Who Came in From the Cold in a while. But the other two episodes were really great directed episodes especially Awakened an episode I wasn't crazy about the script but the directing was good. All Halliwell's Eve is a classic, nothing more to add.

Shannen Doherty
Now I hate All Hell Breaks Loose as written, but she directed a fantastic episode along with The Good, the Bad and the Cursed. She really directed Alyssa and Holly well.

John Behring
I don't hate any of his episodes except one episode really. Directing some standouts like Morality Bites, P3H20 and Brain Drain and really got the actors to bring their A-game. He might be my overall favorite
