I will do one of these for Prue and Paige's boyfriends too cause it's fun.
Given Piper's general personality, if she weren't with Leo, which of Phoebe's boyfriends would suit her best?

I rarely remember Piper interacting with phoebes boyfriends except Cole. But if I was to hook Piper up with any of them I would think Jason is the only one that could work. That’s considering Piper being the Piper we knew in seasons 1 - 3.
On another note let’s say it was Piper that Cole fell for in season 3 and Leo wasn’t around. It would be interesting to see how that relationship would have progressed, especially once she would find out cole was a demon. Becoming the second time it happened to her, dating a demon.

Interesting topic!
Owen Grant's not on the list since he was just a brief love interest, but I think he totally suited Piper.
The possibility of Piper and Cole together is only happening if she loses Prue, Phoebe and Leo. I just can't see Piper wanting a normal life or going back to it after facing such a loss. Just like the version of Centinnel Charmed Piper leaving P3, leaving Leo practically leaving her life behind to hunt for Shax. Although this version would have Cole accompanying her on her missions.
