I would love to see Julian come back for his role as Cole. But he would have his own show where he is the main character. A demon turned good who helps the forces of good fight demons, but still struggles with his evil past.

I will never understand why people like Cole. I mean sure Julian is good looking but Cole as a character was not a good one, especially with Phoebe. She trusted him so much and he shattered that every single time.

I am a Cole fan. I loved Julian McMahon. I think he's the only reason my Mom starting watching Charmed with me.

Sounds too much like "Angel". People already chastise Charmed for being a loose knock-off of Buffy that's living in the shadow of the "superior" show.
There isn't enough individual characterisation to justify a separate program for Cole, in my opinion. In Charmed, his priorities and life generally revolved around Phoebe. Granted, you could say that Angel gravitated towards Buffy, but he very much had his own identity outside of the Scooby Gang -- relationships, enemies, a personal mission driving him on, ect. We occasionally got a crumb here and there with Cole being placed into a situation where he was compelled into mingling or working together with one of the other sisters or Leo, but it amounted to little else except an awkward mutual partnership that was never spoken of afterwards. He didn't form any attachments or have much compelling dialogue with them (Season 7 cameo excluded).
