Used to be obsessed with these books as a kid, I think I read every one more than once. I later found new fantasy books to obsess over, so I kinda got over HP eventually XD. My favorite characters were Hermione and Luna!

I enjoyed much more duels in books than in movies. Movies destroyed it  Voldemort vs Dumbldore was an amazing duel in ministry in the book. Statues shattered, coming to life, dumbldore almost dying (phoenix took death curse for him). So, voldemort actually won if it wasn't for phoenix Duel between minerva and snape was far from what movies presented. Snape gave her a real challenge and even made her lose balance at one point. He had to run not because she was good, but because 2 more professors jumped to help her so he had to run away. So, having that in mind we know Snape was a bad ass dueler, no wonder voldemort liked him most. And when Voldemort was taking over the school, he was dueling minerva, slughorn and flitvik alone and that's insane skill |

I love the movies of HP. I'll admit to never having read all the books. what movie is your fav and what char? Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets & Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Hermione, Luna, Professor McGonagall and Neville. |

I love the original Harry movies, but I don't like the books. I didn't like how she wrote Hermione and preferred how Emma played her in the movies.
Although this might be because I never read the books until after I watched the movies, so those characters are the ones in my head as I read.
Speaking of the Harry movies, I love how some fans have used them to make trailers for other favorite movies. I HAVE to share those!
