Piper and Patty shared the same power so that's where Piper got hers from but where did Prue and Phoebe get their main powers if Patty didn't have them when she was pregnant with them?
From knowledge Patty only had the power to freeze and Grams as far as we knew only had telekinesis so where would Phoebe and Prue get their first powers from when they were in the womb?

Perhaps Prue got hers via Grams in a way through the family bloodline as hers ran inside Patty.

They got them from Melinda Warren, through her blood. That's also how Penny and Patty got theirs. The 20s cousins must've gotten theirs from their father like Paige got her extra ones from Sam.

Does that make Premonition the most coveted power? given (as far as we know), Phoebe was the only witch other than Melinda Warren, to possess the power.
Made me think of Patty and/or Melinda Warren telling Phoebe that it was the most desired power... even moreso by Evil.
And the Source relied on an Oracle and a Seer.
So did Zankou with Kira, The Seer - who betrayed him?
Tempus was also 'well insulated' by the Source in reversing time, in fact the Source had full control over his power it seemed and he was like... the Boss of All Things Evil.
Was Phoebe/premonition the strongest Halliwell/witch the strongest Warren power?
Also being more neutral, having been born over the Nexus with a predisposition to sway to Evil (and selfish)...even becoming the Queen of the Underworld, with the 'perceived' weakest powers of Premonition and Levitation - before the short-lived Empathy came along.
Makes me think that Empathy was also result of Chris changing the timeline and the universe trying to balance out something somehow and once Chris served his purpose and was exposed, Empathy was never reinstated or earned back.

It was part of the prophecy of the charmed ones so they were destined to get them. But apart from that, since those powers were among powers that have been passed down the Melinda line, any of the kids could have randomly gotten any of those powers even without the prophecy.
