Where Charmed went wrong with Chris

So this is just my opinion. But I feel like there should have been more focus on Chris as a powerful witch in his own right. Especially in season 7.

I feel like there should have been some scenarios where demons try to turn baby Chris evil. The demon logic would have been that, since they were unsuccessful at turning Wyatt, they could try to turn Chris, who's a powerful witch in his own right and a Halliwell.

It was pretty simple really. They introudced this itneresting character and then did nothing with him for like 10? Episodes, no back-story, no history, nothing, instead we got rubbish episodes like three blonde twits stealing their powers and Wyatt being King Arthur.

What we should have gotten was bits and pieces every episode, flashbacks would have been the only way to have done it, perhaps link something in with the present triggering a memory inside of Chris that we see play out. Perhaps Paige lends him a dollar and we see him remember the time she gave him money in the future for example. The only episode we get to see anything is surprise, surprise, the best episode of the season Chris-Crossed. They didn't tease the dark storyline enough, its hard to get into that head-space about a doomed future when we're forced to sit and watch Paige save some leprachauns and Phoebe finding her sperm donor, a really big waste of potential that only someone as useless as Brad Kern could screw up.

Indeed. Not only pieces were needed from Chris but also a whole storyline, especially his background in the future. Chances were there but not used.
