I suggested this in a thread. Basically Prudence having a non magical brother to serve the role Victor did in Charmed S3-8.
What do you all think?

I like the idea of a male without powers. But if thr focus stays on female, have him live away and have him show up later on for a purpose. He can be mentioned throughout, but doesn't need to make an appearance until later and when plot fits.

I like the suggestion, but I do think we are better off saving him for a later season.
Definitely, agree to have him live somewhere else. We can just as easily have a reason they need to see or visit him later.
I'm with Assassin Witch, let's mention him, and Prudence can tell all sorts of stories about him, but he can show up later.

I'm wondering if he could be 60, so he'd be between Prudence and Patience in ages. Perhaps something wwarlocky happened to him as a teen that frightened him, since he couldn't do anything about it, so he moved away from Salem and didn't want to have anything to do with his family, but for some reason, he looks for Prudence later on in our series. Perhaps Piper and Phoebe don't even know they have a great-uncle...unless, as Assassin Witch suggested, they've been told stories of their missing great-uncle.
Another possibility is that he was jealous that Prudence had a power and he didn't - and when his nieces also had powers - that's when he left.
By the way, nice job on your first poll, Marlene Wicca!

Well done, Marlene Wicca on your first poll!  I'm hoping we can keep doing polls whenever we want to decide an idea or something and want everyone's opinion. Lot's of good ideas here. Let's wait and see how the poll results look in a week maybe before planning anything with this character. |

I would say we should base it on comments as much on the actual votes. If someone votes but doesn't comment, we don't know if they haven't actually read our story and are just voting based on what happened on Classic Charmed.

I rather like the "something bad happened" verses jealousy route. If done where it fits.
Or just a general...job, life, etc. Had him move away. Living the normal life. Maybe still talks to family. But works or maybe travels for work around the globe. Brings treasures throughout the years and have it on display. Something So normal.
but I haven't read -everything- yet.

This is what a Team Charmed Cafe project should be like - everyone throwing out ideas and others inspired by those ideas to come up with episodes! I'm so proud of all of you! Great job! I don't think he needs to be a major recurring character. Let him just make a couple of appearances in one of the later seasons. Maybe one in S3 or S4 and then another where he dies maybe, Or just a one off appearance.
I don't think he should be a major character more a minor one with one or two appearances.

The focus is on the five Warrens. I feel giving him any more story beyond just having him attend a wedding, birthday or something might be too much. I definitely feel, he should *only* appear in nothing beyond two episodes. Three tops. But spread those out. |

At this point I really don't think he's necessary and should just be skipped, keeping the Warrens a very strictly matriarchal line with no males (unlike the Warren/Halliwells), but if we do decide to add him (and if we're going to 100 episodes, we're not even halfway there), it would be great to let you decide which city to put him.
