I really like the Woogy episode. It was dark and creepy and showed another side to Phoebe.
Morality Bites is a stellar episode that stands out through the whole series. It should have been done on a much grander scale and been at least a season finale, if not a series finale. Phoebe's selfless nature shines here.
I wouldn't have chosen They're Everywhere if I hadn't just watched it on our rewatch. I love who Phoebe is in this episode. Smart, kind, compassionate. It's one of her stronger episodes in terms of her likable personality.
Chick Flick was a fun episode all around, and it made Phoebe more interesting, seeing her love for old movies and how she and her sisters interacted with the movie villains.
Phoebe really stands out to me as a great character when she's either portrayed as unique or when something brings out her darker nature.

Just doing four was really, really hard, since I love my Phoebs so much, while also being easy because I hate PhoeME/Freebie so much.
I chose:
Morality Bites (my favorite episode and Alyssa's acting is such a huge reason)
The Painted World (I love the whole bit with the smart spell - I half-wish she could've been the brains of the outfit throughout the entire series, especially if that meant she'd never have to get levitation or empathy - besides being too smart to fall for Cole - she'd realize right off the bat that he's part demon and not have anything to do with him - and ruin her)
They're Everywhere (She's SO much my Phoebs in this episode - I just LOVE how Sheryl J. Anderson writes the sisters!)
Show Ghouls (Starting with Sleuthing with the Enemy, the only time I got to see my Phoebs!)
BUT Honorable Mention goes to:
Something Wicca This Way Comes
Is There a Woogy in the House
That Seventies Episode (not mentioned, but I LOVE her in that!)
All Halliwell's Eve (Ditto)

I’m not going off the list but these are my best 5
1. Deja vu all over again - phoebe remembering each day more and more, the more times it reset. If only she had kept that level of premonition to predict events about to happen like Kira could in season 7.
2. A painted World - phoebe the super witch.
3. Magic Hour - Phoebe dealing with the real fear of what the consequences of breaking the rules would have on their ability to keep beings the charmed ones. This was at her peak of when she really believed in being dedicated to being a charmed one.
4. Just Harried - phoebe taking on the role of big sister with Prue and gets Prue though her astral problems.

Just finished watching Is There a Woogey In the House with the board, THIS was one of Alyssa's best episodes. I LOVED Phoebe in it, yes, she is acting bad/evil and controlled by the Woogy, but it is SO much fun here. And Alyssa plays it really well here.
I also loved her in 'They're Everywhere' another fantastic episode, I can't wait to re-watch.

The look on piper and prues face when Pheebs says that was priceless. Phoebe always acted evil well. I remember the first time I watched Coles initial death as the source in season 4 I had thought phoebe was going to be acting like this around the house for some time before fully detoxing off of all that tonic she was fed. 😊 |

Chick Flick is my favorite Phoebe episode out of them all. I just rewatched it and it has all the aspects of free spirited Phoebe in one episode. She's so excellent here, loved her romance with Billy as well.
