If Phoebe died in morality bites?

I wonder if Pauge would've joined the charmed ones. At this point the witch hunts were back on and we're persecuted. Phoebe was a murderer who was considered evil and set to die for her crimes.

I wonder if Paige would even join the charmed ones. Sure she would have a rich and famous sister. Another who was a mother but would she have joined them in 2009. I imagine her life was quite different, maybe she already settled down with Henry and not want any part in the fight. 

Same as All hell breaks loose. Magic exposed and witches & demons hunted down. I wonder how Paige would like her new life under those circumstances.

That's true. Paige would be in her 30s when she meet them. Different stage of life. Neither Prue or Piper might not want to reconstitute. Remember that it doesn't stop Nathaniel targetting them and being suspicious they suddenly were right there watching and got passed security.

Paige coming when Piper died and time wasn't reversed. Is a really interesting setup. Again I'd assume if Prue got out alive, She'd be on the run, while Phoebe tries to get out of the underworld.

Well, I've always been in favor that if a sister had to die, I would've preferred it was Phoebe instead of Prue. I'm always intrigued with how the dynamic would play out between Prue, Piper and Paige.
