Absolutely beautiful. Poor Prue. She never really got over Andy and ever found true love again. But that experience made her the strong sister she became from season 2 on.

I was thinking - and didn't know where to write this:
A better explanation for not being able to see Prue could have been - that she was given a gift by the Elders to live an uninterrupted life with Andy in another plane with the occasional visits from Mom and Grams or whoever was dead but she would have to lose contact with the normal world.
Also it would put at risk the dysfunction of the power of three if Prue ever crossed over to the normal mortal world and we would be left happy knowing Prue was happy with Andy in the afterlife.
