Chris's identity revealing to all Charmed Ones

I just wondered if it would have been better to have Chris's identity revealed straight off the bat or sooner... or even never

I know Holly got pregnant and Chris was inserted in as the 2nd child.

But what if the actresses and the writers and or the audience knew from the very start. 

Take the actual reveal out of the equation. 

When do you think Chris's ID should have been revealed to ALL Charmed Ones. (exclude Leo)

I voted Never. As soon as they knew he was a member of their family, he could no longer do wrong. Before that, they could see what he truly was - selfish, self-centered brat who went back in the past and stayed for a full year, screwing up the lives of every last person he ran into just in order to make things better for him and Bianca and couldn't care less what happened to anyone else, his parents and aunts included.

If he was only part of 8 episodes as originally planned, I'd feel totally differently - mainly because he would NOT have been a Halliwell.

NOTE: That's what he was on the show - Kern's idea of what he should've been like - totally different than Sir Christopher in most fanfics.

I think at the end of S5 would have been good. I mean, I can't really say how often I watched it now, full knowing who Chris is.

That's a good question, and I think it would've been interesting, if they found out some time during S7+, despite Piper popping out another boy. Like, they'll find out what Chris really was, some time after that.

I think it would be really interesting if Chris accidentally screwed up his own timeline because of some of the things he tried earlier. Like 'My Three Witches' could have gone really badly. But for me, I think it would be interesting if Chris found Gideon out, decided he couldn't handle this alone and told one of them at least. Maybe Paige, since she can actually keep a secret.

And I'd prefer the SISTERS being the stars, not Chris! All he did was set up an everlasting time loop. That's why I'd want him to come back, write in the Book of Shadows about what happens in his future (and while he's writing, let us see it happen), then have him get his ultra-skinny a$$ back to the future where it belonged and let the REAL stars of the show figure things out. IMOHO, S6 would've been SOOOO much better than way and Chris would be a true hero rather than a lying, whining, murdering brat who screwed up the destiny of every person he ran into for over a year!

Then they could've ended the show after S7 with 'Something Wicca This Way Goes' as the ending and start a spin-off with Wyatt and Chris as friends rather than enemies. No need for Supernatural that way - especially if the stars of that show were the ones who played Wyatt and Chris!

I feel like the sisters were the stars though well excluding the s6 finale where Leo was the star, not even Chris because he died trying to protect Wyatt.

And that I hated - it was all part of setting up that everlasting time loop where Wyatt will keep turning evil and Chris will have to keep going back to save him for eternity. It was Leo or one of the Charmed Ones who should've saved Wyatt, not Chris.

Didn't Leo save Wyatt though? I mean Chris got him to go after Wyatt but if Leo failed, then Chris failed and the Charmed Ones failed.

Leo saved Wyatt in S7 with the teddy bear. It wasn't Gideon who turned Wyatt (what Leo saw was a delusion of Leo's worst fear, brought on by Barbas) but Vicus. So everything Chris did had nothing to do with saving Wyatt. If his mission was to prevent Wyatt from turning evil, he spent an entire year, screwing up the destiny of every person he ran into and did not succeed. Lying, whining, murdering brat who never should've been part of Charmed because he's the one who taught the Charmed Ones that Ends Justify the Means rather than The Wrong Things Done for the Right Reason are Still the Wrong Thing.

I see. I respect that opinion. I do think it was Gideon but Wyatt is the Twice Blessed Child. Just because they got rid of one threat doesn't mean they got rid of every single one. Someone tried to turn Wyatt evil long before Chris on the day that Wyatt was going to be born, then again in s7 and then once more with him bringing back the Source in s8.
