Anybody watched this tv show also created by Connie Burge? I very much enjoyed the first season, but the second season become too soapy and over-the-top.

I did sporadically when it was on night time in Britain after 10 pm.
Ray Wise who played the demon Ludlow in Charmed season 4 I remembered from this series.

I remember Wise from RoboCop and Twin Peaks. I didn't know he had been on Charmed!

Yep, he was in the season 4 episode 'Lost And Bound' when we were introduced to Tyler Michaels the fire starter.
Of course, Shannon Sturges who played Resse Burton was in Charmed season 1 as Gabriel Statler's sister in 'Which Prue Is It Anyway' and Wendy Philips who played Lucille Richards was sister Agnes in 'Charmed Again Part 1' who was the nun that rehomed Paige after Sam and Patty came to her so a few Savannah stars have guest-starred in Charmed then.
