What episode should Phoebe have gotten her powers back in?

If you had to pick an episode or era of (late) season six, season seven or season eight?

I think there would be a few moments that would have worked, particularly in season seven:

1. In 7x15 "Show Ghouls" after Phoebe and Drake save Mike and all the people trapped in that club. After breaking the curse and freeing the lost souls, her powers could have returned here.

2. In 7x18 "Little Box of Horrors" after the sisters save Hope and Darcy from Katya, and seal the sorrows in the box. The last scene of this episode she could have been given them back.

3. In 7x22 "Something Wicca This Way Goes" she could have been given her powers back before the fight with Zankou, thinking this may help the sisters more and balance the fight (even though they still defeated him without this).

When do you think a good time would have been? Was there any in season eight? Did she actually do anything that warranted her earning them back?

I like the 7x15 idea, she frees the souls and within doing so they free her powers.

I'd say around Mid-Season 7. In a technical sense she did regain Premonitions back, but she seemed to go back to square one. She was more of liability than in Season 1 (at least she was useful despite not having an active power in Season 1) but in Seasons 7-8 she's completely useless, even her martial arts gets sidelined. (She doesn't even use them once in Season 8 outside of a scene that just exists to show that Coop is a creep)

In 7x7. "Someone to watch over me".
I read somewhere that empaths are mortals who are "empaths to be" that die and come to earth gifted. In this episode phoebe dies and Leo brings her back. She really should have gotten her empathy powers. Not her levitation, but maybe that's better money wise.

In 7x13 "charmageddon".
Her vision brought the truth to light and saved humanity. I think the important thing here is that she actually felt all the lost and pain. She did not want to leave this life they promised her, but still she lead the charmed ones to battle for what's right. The tribunal was made up of elders and demons. The two people that did not want the avatars in power. They should have given her more than her powers back.
In 7x15 "showgouls"
This was one of the few episodes in season 7 that phoebe was truly selfless. In doing so she freed alot of damned souls. Come on.
In 8x9 "hulkus pocus"
We see phoebe here truly careing and trying to save Billie and the whole magical community. They go to the measures of infecting themselves to save everyone.
Also in this episode she has a vision of her in the future. Her future self could have given her her (at least) empathic powers jus like father Thomas did to the demon vincent.

In 8x21 "kill Billie vol. 2"
When cool finds phoebe at her apartment he tries to get her to make time for him, for love. She freaks out and for the first time she says no to love, no to want she wants. She says her sisters need her. They are depending on me. To me this moment shows growth (and fear) but selflessness. Right then she should have gotten her powers back.

In 8x22 "charmed forever"
In phoebe's vision they literally could have just said she got her powers back.

It's interesting 'cause I feel like she (somewhat) got her empathy power back (to some capacity) in S7. For example, in S7E1 "A Call to Arms", when she shook Leslie's hand. It was similar to how she behaved in S6E2 "Valhalley of the Dolls, Pt 2" with Jason. Then, she said something interesting to Ronny, in S7E11 "Ordinary Witches", about if he "concentrates" well enough, he can sense the "next energy ball" from Zankou. Which would be similar to her "sensing" other firepower from other demons, back in S6, like in S6E7 "Soul Survivor" or S6E13 "Used Karma". I just wished this got explored more. A minor "empathy" moment, in like S8, would be S8E3 "Run, Piper, Run", before she gets the premonition about the earthquake destroying Dex's art gallery, she already knows/senses what he's going to say and just ends up finishing his sentence, for him. I digress.

The only power I feel like never made a return (in any capacity) was Levitation. And, it's a shame that S7-S8 didn't really display her combat skills much, either. I think it would've been interesting to see her gain her levitation power back in like S8, though rather than S7. Since, S7 already covered a power and a half via Premonitions & (somewhat) Empathy. As far as which episode her levitation should've made a comeback, I'm thinking S8E11 "Mr. & Mrs. Witch". When, Paige, Billie and Phoebe were trying to retrieve Billie's parents, together, in the alley.  She'll just have like a S3E1 "The Honeymoon's Over" moment, again.
