Gonna change my mind to how often her abilities (both active powers and her martial skills via Strength) were used/underutilized, and it isn't specific to just premonitions but most (keyword) probably will be. The counter indicates the amount of premonitions that had occurred. As always, keeping it "Protect/Save the Innocent(s)" themed, best I can, anyway.

Yes, I have S6E5 "Love's a Witch" in BOTH areas because I feel like Phoebe could've gotten a premonition off of the rag she used to locate Paige, and it would be a better episode to have ALL three of her Premonition, Levitation AND Empathy, in the same episode over S6E3 "Forget Me, Not", but I digress.
In regards to S5E17 "Lucky Charmed", despite having TWO premonitions, they were BOTH non-visuals. On top of that, she has to run over to Piper to freeze her date, so Piper can vanquish him. As if this episode forgets Phoebe's Strength T_T
