What do you think Piper's ideal restaurant would be when she opened Halliwell's?
I think it'd be a mix of Bob Evans home style food and decor, with lots of classics like pot roast and spaghetti, and something modern, with lots of kid-friendly touches. Since she opened it after having two kids, I think she'd put in a little play area to keep kids entertained while they waited, or at least have some toys and stuff around for them.

I picture something super classy where the wine is a big draw for people. It's maybe more on the expensive side and is where people dress up a little when they go there.
I got tired of the emphasis on kid things in the later seasons, so I'd want it to be a place that just felt like it was for adults. The kids could all be there if they wanted, but I wouldn't want it to be a place where people would go because it was such a draw for children.
I think making it this type of place would be a nice contrast to the antique-filled, older Manor where there was always chaos.

Maybe one of them would be the manager, giving Piper the rest that she needs. |

Good work experience for any of the kids certainly whether they stayed at Halliwell's or used the time there as something on their CV's obviously.
I could see Wyatt serving food and Chris bartending with Melinda in the kitchen maybe.
If one of the cousins was musically gifted they could play some classical music on the piano there if one existed whilst customers ate broadcasting a relaxing setting then.

I also love the idea that one of the children in the Next Generation would get a business degree to help Piper with her restaurant so that Halliwell's could be a hundred percent family owned and run business. I would love to see Wyatt either working in a hospital or with his mother. I love the idea of Chris being a bartender, maybe he reopens P3, but I love him working around liquor. Melinda working in the kitchen is such a beautiful thought. Maybe one of Paige's daughters could inherit her mothers creative side and play an instrument, I have always loved the idea of a harp being played at Halliwell's. |

I think an occult shop or a combination occult/new age shop would make more sense for Phoebe than the advice column she actually ended up with for a career. As much as she loved being a witch in early seasons, I could definitely see her enjoying doing that. She could still use her psychology degree to help people in a magical or non-magical way, since she talked about wanting to help people in a non-magical way in Season 4's The Fifth Halliwell. |

I can imagine if season 2 had been different with Phoebe getting the occult shop perhaps the one the witch who died in From Fear To Eternity owned with her sisters help instead of Piper getting P3 she could've met people like Jenna the witch from Exit Strategy who helped run that making healing salves or other things which they sold to customers as well as magical objects, books, spells, etc with Phoebe even joining Jenna's coven maybe whilst doing her Charmed duties still learning stuff from Jenna so the sisters had healing salves themselves at home which they used when Leo wasn't around till Paige started healing then.

I really liked Piper best when she was catering - like in S1 or even when she was cooking in the Manor kitchen during the flashforward. I think she'd be happier owning her own catering service over a bar or a nightclub or even a restaurant. I love the idea of her nieces (Phoebe's daughters) helping her out as they become the third set of Charmed Ones.
If she had to have a restaurant, I loved your idea of the fancy one. That seems so much more like Piper than P3.
