The original Charmed was an integral part of my childhood that I hold very dearly in my heart. Years later I still feel a connection to the sisters, even though they're just made up characters. Now I've been toying with the idea of watching the reboot. I wanted to before but some of the original cast reacted so incredibly negative to it, that I decided I hated the reboot without even watching it.
Now for those of you who love the original as much as I do and still watch the reboot, will it upset me in anyway? Do they pay tribute to the original or is it an entirely different show that just has the same title? Are the leading girls as likeable as the Halliwells?

This is the worst episode of the show for me. I consider the first part of the season bad where we watch a failed Charmed 2. The second part is more interesting. On the other hand, I find season 2 really good. The series has taken a different direction which no longer has much to do with Charmed. It doesn't compare to the original at all. So I continue to watch the series as a real reboot while still watching the original.  You should try |

Depends on what you look for or expect. The reboot uses the name and thats about all. It's thrown out a lot of what made Charmed, Charmed. If you want a show that's about witches then sure. If you want to relive the feeling Charmed gave you, I doubt you'll find it in the reboot. Why the section is still locked off....idk.

After Show Reactions posted a video on hers opinion of new Charmed and why she will most likely quit after season 3. Her talk ends at 42:03 and hers reaction of S3E14 begins. If you are watching the show be advised there are spoilers up to S3E13. Also many OG Charmed spoilers.
