Iconic is what you think people think of when they think of Charmed.
Like in Friends - the One in London is an iconic episode as well as Apartment Swapping game episode. However, these may not be peoples favourites

I wouldn't consider The Fourth Sister iconic at all. It's hardly popular with fans, but then again, maybe it is, I just never have heard it. But personal taste, I suppose. I'd see Murphy's Luck, Love Hurts, The Good the Bad and the Cursed, Sin Francisco, Secrets, and Guys or Pardon My Past as more iconic (not that I love all six of those. But thinking about the general fans, those six are much more iconic than The Fourth Sister).
But all of the others, I definitely see as iconic with most fans who'd pick those for their personal list.
That said, I voted for the 70s, Deja Vu, AHE, and S&S.
EDIT: By the way, what is the difference between what you'd consider as an iconic episodes vs favorite episodes? Bit confused? I

- Something Wicca This Way Comes... because it started it all
- Morality Bites... because it got the only sister only opening and represents a "what could have been if the show hadn't turned bad"
- All Hell Breaks Loose... because it's Prue's swan song that changed everything
- Charmed Again... because it continued nonetheless

3) All Halliwell's Eve
4) Long Live the Queen
I have to include a Rose McGowan episode and it is 1 where she saves the day.
Long Live the Queen may come as a shock?
I feel like Leo and Cole also also made the show iconic. Moreso than Andy or Daryl who both are in episodes on my list too.
I sometimes think A knight to Remember is another iconic Rose one with all three sisters costumes/outfits being the most iconic without being cliche?

It's difficult only 4. For me, these are episodes of revelation. I could also have included
1x09 The witch is back (Melinda Warren)
2x14 Pardon my past (past lives Warren)
3x04 All halliwell's Eve (birth of melinda)
3x17 Pre witched (Grams who almost stripped the powers)
3x22 AHBL (Exposed ans death of Prue)
4x10 A Paige from the past (past of Paige)
4x13 Charmed and dangerous (Destruction of Source)
7x22 Something wicca this way goes (zankou)
Others mean less to me and I don't like the importance of elders/whitelighters.

That 70's Episode - Sisters meet their mother.
Morality Bites - Sisters learn consequences of reckless use of magic.
All Halliwell's Eve - Sisters learn of what being a witch means.
Centennial Charmed - What not to do. But still epic due to Julian's amazing acting.

I hate to be cliche, but I'm revising my answer 'cause my original thought was my view rather than putting my mind in the shoes of the audience.
I feel the following are "iconic", in the sense of what's thought of, by the general audience:
