 It's now been 20 years since All Hell Breaks Loose premiered and Prue died. Here's a new updated version of ShiningAllure's version the Death of Prue now known as All Hell Breaks Loose part 2 that I just saw pop up on YouTube last night. And here's his older versions: |

It's so weird to me to think that it's now been 20 years since Prue died. It's weird to think that I have been alive for 22 years and that Prue has been dead for the most of it. It's weird being connected to a character but not a bad weird though. |

I like the extra special-effects in the new one, but I like the storyline better in the original, ESPECIALLY the ending! I don't like the ending of either this new one or his previous one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAO_GAtQyCMI just can't see Prue acting like that at the end, while I love her at the end of the original - it always makes me smile. I wish there was a way to combine them. |

WOW! The special effects in his newest video are really good. But I really don't like the way he ended this one, I prefer his first video and storyline ending with the flashback montage with Prue, and then her ghost leaves the manor, and then cut to later where they summon her spirit. I was upset we didn't get that nice post-credits song followed by them crying.
But I get the sense he really didn't like the titanic music and the montage near the end of his first video because I skimmed the comments of his first video, and some people found the titanic song so cliche and boring, and he even admitted (this was years ago) if he could ever re-do and change it, he would, especially the music. I'm disappointed that he felt that way. Not sure why, I don't like the voiceovers, I prefer the flashback montage, as it made me cry.

As for that other one, again, special effects were great, but I didn't like the story with Prue acting that way with attacking Paige.
Oh, wouldn't that be great. I too wish there was a way to combine them.

Like you, I'm very disappointed that he didn't like the Titanic music - it's part of what I love about the original. The Titanic music makes me cry while the montage and the summoning makes me smile.
Like I said before, I wish we could stick with the old storyline, but use the new special effects, but end it the same way as the original. For me, that's what would be perfect.

I feel the same way as you guys. I even got my tissue box in case I cried during it before I hit play. NOPE, I sure didn't use them or feel that way this time. I HATED the ending the most, no need to mix comic book plot into it, he should have saved that for another video and stuck to the original ending he set out. I'm so upset to not see the flashback montage. I was waiting for that to show up, and just got bored at the end with the special effects of Prue leaving the manor. Same way I thought the swing was where Prue and Andy would be sitting on, after Prue arrived to the heavens and Andy appeared. Same way I thought Patty would talk to Prue like she did at the wedding, or Prue would tell Piper she loved the service and thought it was beautiful. Her lines in the newer video to Piper was more about setting up the Patience story in the end. So many parts from the original not included, which I loved because as a story it sit a better picture of being more emotional and connected to the show than just showing off the special effects. Which I tend to think this video and the other one is more about. You can tell he is likely more embarrassed by that with his original video, than these newer ones. That might be why he did a remaster, to show off new special effects than actually put effort into the story, even if the scenes and clothes do not match the sisters. But, I'm not having a go at the long hours he put into making this, it's great and looks good. But I was just more emotionally invested and loved the original because it made me cry, this one is all about WOW look at the amazing special effects and less about trying to make your watcher connect with the plot and story of the characters. |

I am one of those who did not like Titanic music. I would have loved the music of P3H2O where sam dies and sees patty. In this video, I like the source, it really is an amazing explanation. Of course, I really like special effects. He could have posted just the part of hell that was almost perfect.
