A few not on the poll list I'd have voted for (The Wendigo and Coyote Piper) so just voted Dead Man Dating, All Hell Breaks Loose and Astral Monkey. Might change my mind when the Cafe starts the re-watch of S4 this October.
So just voted based on the episodes I've re-watched recently.

By strong performance i meant the cry scenes holly may have in one episode for example pipers grief in the end of astral monkey or vaya con leos and not exactly whether the actress sold the entire episode or not like the ones you mention wendigo and coyote piper. Btw the wendigo episode was the episode which introduce me to the show and its among my overall favorites Would you mind explain me what's the rewatch of S4 in october? Is there some kind of marathon? |

Could you perhaps make that clear in your first posts, as when you said Which one of Holly's performances charmed you the most, that implied to me that you mean when the performance was so good, not just the performances when the actresses cried on screen, as I was thinking when they made us THE VIEWER cry, as in the performances are so good when I cried. If that's the case, I'll have to adjust what I had in mind for my picks, and come back. The S4 re-watch in October is when we start our re-watch of the season in the anniversary board, and it isn't a marathon. For the past three years we've been re-watching the series from the start and making our way through the series. We watch those every weekend on Saturday or Sunday until we finish the season and take a break. We've watch them at a set time, and all the different timezones for different countries has been figured out so everybody can make it work for them. When we get closer to October, someone normally does a schedule for the episodes, with the dates and times. |

I haven't voted yet, as I'm very confused now about what exactly was voting for. The poll said what is the strongest performance and Which one of their performances charmed us the most. Now it appears to be which performance when the actresses cried we loved that most, not looking at the whole episode.
So I too will have to think about what I originally had in mind for all the actresses, when I first saw the first post in this thread.
That said, for now, I voted for Astral Monkey, Pre-Witched and All Hell Breaks Loose. If it is based on Holly crying.

Didn't vote as haven't seen all the seasons yet. I will when I do.
For now just 1x02 - I've Got You Under My Skin & 1x04 - Dead Man Dating. I did like Holly's acting in those.
I'd have voted other episodes (that I had seen), but they were not choices. Which I understand, given we are judging by the performances of when the actors cried.

For me All hell breaks loose. Hell hath no fury. Spin city When Chris talk to Leo at the end. It's a bad bad world when Chris dies and Leo and Paige cry. Something wicca this way goes when they say goodbye to children. It's the only episodes where I can cry.

The 4 that I chose, in no particular order:
S2E20 "Astral Monkey"
S4E1-2 "Charmed Again, Pt 1 & 2"
S4E3 "Hell Hath no Fury"
S4E7 "Brain Drain"
And then I ran out of votes LOL
Honorable Mentions: S5E23 "Oh My Goddess, Pt 2" & S8E10 "Vaya Con Leos".
Let me explain 'cause IK "Oh My Goddess" is like not a good episode but hear me out.
The question is about performance and not necessarily about a good script. I do believe Holly to have acted the HELL out of the script she was given, and I do applaud her for still doing her job, even if the script is terrible, but her performance is still flawless, nonetheless. I do believe S8E10 was slightly lacking in her performance, in certain parts of the episode but overall, Holly is good at crying LOL
