Billie seems to care a lot about Christy, trusting her unconditionally but did Christy ever care about Billie or was that all fake too?

I don't believe she ever loved her sister, I believe she wanted someone to follow her unconditionally and since Billie was very naive when they met she knew she had someone to do so.

Yeah I'm beginning to feel the same upon rewatching. I mean, it seemed like she was just using Billie for the Ultimate Power thing because when Billie said no in Forever Charmed, Christy just upped and ditched her to the point of even trying to kill her despite Billie being willing to give her a second chance. A lot of people say that Christy shouldn't have been killed but she left them no choice.

I think Christy just used Billie for her powers and wouldn't have had anything to do with her if she wasn't part of the Ultimate Power (I HATE that! The CHARMED ONES should always be the Ultimate Power! But that's Kern's fault, not Billie's/Kaley's), the same way I think Piper wouldn't have anything to do with Paige if Paige didn't have powers that could reconstitute the Power of Three. I see Christy and Piper as very similar characters. I also see Christy as the Ultimate Innocent who should've been saved not vanquished.
