I was rewatching season three episode all halliwells eve and I was wondering why they introduced Micah/Mitch. It seemed like they could have been soul mates from the way they shared a look and then he is brought back in the end of the episode but then it goes nowhere and I feel like they missed out on expanding Prue’s character.

I didn't mind Micah. Mitch was the one that didn't make sense.

Well, just like many other things they introduced in this show and seemingly forget about, it’s not surprising lol.
Paige’s Uncle Dave and Aunt Julie comes to mind from our board rewatch. AND that they weren’t even mentioned that they’d come to her funeral at the opening of Season 8. I mean, Glen was mentioned that he’d come, but her own uncle and aunt didn’t even pay respects? Lol, I won’t get over this.
But...
Prue and Andy were soulmates in my mind’s eye so... Lol.
I get it, though. I actually liked Micah/Mitch and would have liked to see something develop between these two. I do have a theory, that the reason why Prue’s relationships never really lasted was because Prue’s heart always belonged to Andy and while she’d be open to love again, it just would never be like it was with Andy. Though I do see her being with someone in the future, falling in love again (had she not died), I sometimes wonder if she’d never get married, but just be with that said person. Like marriage was something she’d only save for Andy, because he was always the one for her, and because of that special connection she had with him, she would only ever share that with him. But maybe that’s just me.
Oh, if only Andy had been brought back as a whitelighter... But at least I can say they’re together in the afterlife. That’s what I think, anyway ;P

I read somewhere that because Phoebe & Cole's and Piper & Leo's relationships were so important to the plots during S3 that Shannen felt that it was better if Prue didn't have a strong relationship.
I disagree with her - I would've loved for Prue to have a relationship with Mitch before she died.
