I’m glad that charmed isn’t a gory show and doesn’t do much triggering episodes. It’s a safe space but there is one episode that makes me uncomfortable.
I just watched it today.
The dream sorcerer: not only is the episode just creepy and gross with the man who goes into womens dreams and acts completely creepy and then ends up killing them. It’s the fact that Phoebe and Piper cast a love spell and then puts the dudes under, essentially, an influence and then Phoebe sleeps with him.
Like, that’s not okay. But, it’s never brought up as it’s something wrong.
It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Another one I don't like is Once In a Blue Moon for the PSM monsters. A Call to Arms is uncomfortable for how badly they used the Hindu mythology. Back in the day, one of my friends, was so offended for how the show did it. I feel so bad for them, for how they handled their culture and mythology. Also anything PhoeME does in S5-S8, where she is acting like a love sick puppy. Just to name a few off the top of my head.

For the purpose of my post, it's not so much they make me "ick", but it's more along the lines of "why?". Also, I like to be fair to all of the seasons. I don't want to create a super long post, so I'm just going to list one episode, per season.
Season One S1E17 "That 70s Episode" IK that's quite a controversial position, isn't it? I really hate time-travel episodes as the solution. I don't mind the antagonists using time-travel via "The Truth is Out There...and it Hurts", however when our alleged heroes via the Charmed Ones use it, just seems cheap and a cop-out. This episode could've easily been shortened, after Phoebe low kicked Nikolas, all the Charmed Ones had to do was take the ring off of his finger. We've seen this done before via S4E9 "Muse to my Ears" Cole (a human with no powers, at the time) took a ring off of a warlock's finger. Then again, we wouldn't have this episode, if it were that simple, right? That, and it just seemed like it was created to add filler, and the best way to do that was to write a dramatic episode with not too much action going on. Sorry, I find those kinds of episodes boring.
Season Two S2E2 "Morality Bites" I used to love this episode to death, but the lesson is based off of a logical fallacy known as the slippery slope argument. That because the Charmed Ones fling poop at irresponsible dog owners, that they'll become murderers because of it. I'm sorry that's not how any of this works, and it set such a false precedence, that some (not all) fans misconstrue the episode's lesson as gospel and weaponize it to tear down other episodes; the main one being S6E17 "Hyde School Reunion". Along with really limiting the show, in what it can and cannot do. And, how messed up of the Elders to have this much control over what the Charmed Ones can and cannot do with their powers? I don't see other witches being manipulated and controlled by the elders as often as the Charmed Ones. They're not the Elders' Angels, OK? IK S1 had some of that (TBAA) Touched by an Angel vibes going on, but it doesn't mean the show has to be that way, alright? One thing S1E6 "The Wedding from Hell" got right is Prue shutting down Allison's delight in liking TBAA, when Prue said she's nothing like that and she's right. This show is NOT TBAA! And, I'm annoyed, exhausted, fed up, etc., in some (not all) trying to make the show TBAA because it's not! This is NOT "Touched by a Witch" LOL But, I digress. Needless to say, it's another time-travel episode, as well.
Season Three S3E22 All Hell Breaks Loose This was such a terrible episode to end Prue's legacy. The last thing we see her do is attack innocent people. Granted, they were being annoying, but she was using her super strength to avoid being detained by the S.W.A.T. team, who had every right to detain her due to her being a danger to society. I hate this episode with every fiber of my being. I would've much preferred had Prue's last episode be S3E16 "Death Takes a Halliwell". Actually dying protecting the innocent instead of being angry at them, but I digress.
Season Four S4E14 The Three Faces of Phoebe This marks Phoebe's downfall, for me. Her character never really was the same, after this. She just continues to spiral out of control, and I hate it. Unfortunately, Phoebe's downfall, unfortunately, just took up too much of the episode, that not enough time was spent focusing on Paige's growth, in her powers but no. Gotta keep the focus on Phoebe and her drama.
Season Five S5E19 Nymphs Just Wanna Have Fun Not much to say about this episode other than waste of time. It's worse than the mermaid episode, phoebe's ugly Cinderella dress episode, the superhero episode and the leprechaun episode.
Season Six S6E13 Used Karma This episode is so random. The possession of Phoebe makes no sense. This all just feels like an excuse to objectify Alyssa Milano. Random episode that doesn't connect well with the rest of the season/show.
Season Seven S7E19 Freaky Phoebe This is just S6E13 "Used Karma" 2.0.
Season Eight S8E14 "12 Angry Zen" I cannot take this episode, seriously. It feels equally disconnected from the rest of the series/show, as well. I have nothing else to add LOL
These are my thoughts.

An episode that gives me an "ick" is Trial by Magic with the group of rats attacking the one. I have literally gagged at that scene, and I cannot watch it. Nothing else, not even Piper slicing the flesh off Cole's arm, comes close.
