If we go by the logic that they were all suppose to gain three powers what would they be?
Phoebe has premonitions, Levitation & Empathy.
Paige has the ability to Orb, telekinesis & the ability to heal.
What would Piper & Prue’s third power be? I would love to hear your opinions.

I would have liked the following
Phoebe (has psychic like powers) - Premonition, Astral Projection and Empathy
Piper (has material changing powers) - slowing down molecules, speeding them up, changing their substance (e.g. walking through walls)
Prue (has telekinetic powers) - Telekinesis, Levitation (like Billie) and superspeed (travelling really fast with telekinesis)

First, I'm glad they didn't get three powers and wish Phoebe hadn't and that Prue and Piper each just got their original power while Paige also just got Prue's (and Chris' - the fact that he didn't get Paige's tells me that even Kern knew that Paige's should've been exactly like Prue's) I also wish that none of them got any whitelighter powers since they're still alive. If Shannen wasn't fired, I'd want HER to still die, but come back with whitelighter powers!
BUT if they have to have three powers, I'd prefer powers that follow their original one:
Prue/Paige (physical): move things with their mind, levitation and super-strength. (no whitelighter powers!)
Piper (timing): freeze time; slow time; speed time (no molecular crap, especially no blowing stuff up!)
Phoebe (mental): premonitions, astral projection, reading minds (no empathy crap unless used properly!)

I think every Charmed Fan might be different with the way we see their powers progressing. However mine is the following. Basic Witch Abilities: - Spell Casting.
- Potion Brewing.
- Scrying.
Power Of Three Abilities:
- Sensing.
- Emotional Link.
- Enhanced Agility.
- High Resistance.
Prue/Paige: Telekinesis - Levitation - Blinking/Conjuring. (Prue would reclaim Blinking for Witches. Paige would reclaim Conjuring for Good.) Piper: I like Esmeralda's idea. Phoebe: Premonitions - Astral Projection - Telepathy. OOOO, I LOVE the idea of Prue reclaiming Blinking for witches, and I was trying to think of the word Telepathy for Phoebe and couldn't think of it. My list now is: Prue/Paige (physical): move things with their mind, levitation and blinking (no whitelighter powers!) Piper (timing): freeze time; slow time; speed time (no molecular crap, especially no blowing stuff up!) Phoebe (mental): premonitions, astral projection, telepathy (no empathy crap unless used properly!) I don't like the idea of the Power of Three having extra powers unless the Charmed Ones each only have their original power (including Paige's only being Prue's telekinesis) or otherwise they're TOO powerful which would get VERY boring - the reason why I like in this version, no one can vanquish baddies on their own, the reason I hate Piper's explosion power. I like Prue/Paige having the offensive powers; Piper the protection powers and Phoebe the investigative ones. Given the choice, I'd rather they have the basic abilities and the Power of Three ones that Brianna pointed out and just their original powers - they really never needed anything else - just made it easier to film and/or write. So I think doing it this way would've made the best series, especially if they didn't have the Power of Three powers right away, but gained them as they as became more bonded - and lost them when they became less, so their bond as sisters was always what was most important on the show, not their men or their sons. |

I couldn't agree more. That was the heart and soul of the show. It already was no longer about them starting from S3. That became evident, when Cole felt more like a star not a co-star. There's a few instances the sisters don't even vanquish anybody, but Cole did. I love Es' ideas. I especially love that when they became less, or their bond as sisters weakens, they lose them. How cool would that have been. I still for the life of me, don't get why they didn't when Phoebe turned her back on her sisters to become Queen of the Underworld. |

I am so happy that you like my ideas. I wouldn't consider them to be extra powers just enhancements of their natural abilities however I do understand where you are coming from, I would actually reconsider my stance on that. |
