I haven't seen some of these. They might be from the complete series DVD boxset which had a bonus disc. I know the Unaired Pilot isn't on the S8 set with extras.

Thanks pheebs. Now, that makes sense why I don't remember seeing any of those extras. I never got the complete series set for that bonus disc. Only bought the standalone sets, in addition to the Blu-Ray's, but again won't be buying all eight seasons. Just the ones, I really love.
