I rewatched the Wendigo remastered. Its a great choreographed episode.
I started wondering whether Wendigos are male Furies? or if they are related.
Holly Marie Combs portrayal in Both are amazing!
They are also great sisterly feeling episodes that deal with the shows mythological exploration.
Then also one is a Prue episode and the other a Paige one.
The Wendigo is has a funny element to it like Hell Hath No Fury does as well, The Wendigo's crude straight forwardness "Screw You Bitch"(lol) and Paiges breasts inflating I suppose. And Phoebe is still likeable in both!

Like others here Holly's acting as Fury was great but overall the plot in Wendigo was better of course.

I voted for Piper as the Wendigo and I think that that's a better episode - Piper's not "Let's all feel sorry for Poor, Poor Pitiful Piper" and "Let's all blame Leo", in the Wendigo episode. Piper in the Fury episode just made me roll my eyes while I really felt for Piper as the Wendigo. I don't like either episode - I don't like being scared - but my feelings for Piper during those episodes were totally opposites.
And the Wendigo was a hellova lot scarier!
I thought Holly did a better job acting as the Wendigo because as the Fury, she wasn't acting...

The Wendigo is the better episode. I even love the wonderful B plot in that one. I wasn't that impressed with HHNF in our re-watch. Holly's acting in Wendigo was so amazing. She really did a good job.

I prefer the Wendigo episode. I just found it more interesting the first time Piper turned into something. Plus I like this episode better than HHNF.
Plus the Wendigo was so much scarier. That suspense of wondering who is who when Prue and Phoebe were seeing both Piper and Ashley standing in front of them as Wendigo beasts are what really keeps you excited.
Also, I found Holly's acting here better. She really sold that she was no longer Piper and scared the crap out of me on my first re-watch. Holly as a fury didn't do that. She just felt like Piper to me still.
