As seen typically on some game shows. Where contestants fall through trap doors, upon being eliminated. I thought of how it could be applied Charmed style for fun.
If you were holding the remote control while observing episodes of Charmed. What moments would you instantly trap door whatever sister is on-screen for whatever reason. Either they said something you hated, acted in a certain way, or just wanted them off the screen.
Here's two of mine as an example:
Phoebe
"Marry Go Round" - Phoebe bickering and arguing with Paige over the wedding dress. I'd press my remove, and trap door Phoebe. Bye. So long.
Piper
"The Devil's Music" - Bickering with Leo in P3.

Phoebe: When she makes Piper run the HOA meeting because she wants to go out with Cole
When she's working on her column temporarily from home, in the kitchen, in the morning, in a house where four other people live, and complaining about the noise
Piper: When she's angrier that Leo lied to her about being a whitelighter than when he actually dies in Love Hurts
When her son unleashes a literal dragon on the city and she still doesn't bind his powers, despite saying that kids deserved a normal childhood in season 4
When she has the new identity and is angry that Leo locked himself out of the house and she has to leave her spa appointment to help him, complaining that she just wants a normal life, when that type of situation is nothing but normal
When she berates Leo over candy corn of all things

I'll do Piper for now. As the Phoebe list will take time.
Piper:
Love Hurts - Being more angry at Leo lying to her about being a whitelighter than worrying if he'll die or not. The Devil's Music - The whole episode complaining about Leo. Desperate Housewitches - The way she treats Leo.

Okay then a few examples which are my picks that haven't been said yet are.
Piper
"Brain Drain" - When Piper complains about having to leave her friend Wendy's baby shower to help Paige and Phoebe look for the demon Alistair who attacked them before.
Thinking Christy Jenkins was the ultimate evil and outrightly trying to kill her first time around when at the time it was really Piper and her sisters that were through the actions they took.
Phoebe
Blaming Cole solely for the whole Source/Queen Of The Underworld debacle instead of admitting the part she played in that as well of course.
Abusing her premonition power by forcibly calling for ones to see who the father of her future child would be and then dumping men just because they weren't that obviously.
Lying about vanquishing Cole with the Belthazor potion when she really let him go.
Paige
"A Witch's Tail" - Quitting her job as an assistant social worker to become a full time witch instead of taking the promotion overall.

Paige
"A Witch's Tail" - Quitting her job as an assistant social worker to become a full time witch instead of taking the promotion overall. I agree with this one so much. She did this and then complained about being unemployed just a few episodes later. Then in season 6 she took all those temp jobs like she had never had any career direction before. Her boss even said she'd have a more flexible schedule, so things only would have gotten easier on her as far as going in and out of the office. It would have been cool to see her becoming more professional and grown up than we saw in season 4. I wish that Phoebe had quit her job at the end of season 4 to focus on being a full-time witch instead, so her and Paige would have nice juxtaposing storylines.

I wish that Phoebe had quit her job at the end of season 4 to focus on being a full-time witch instead, so her and Paige would have nice juxtaposing storylines. Me too. It's why I liked 'A Witches Tail' Part 1 but hated part 2. Paige quitting really was horrible. I don't understand why on earth, she wanted temp jobs, when she had a career path and life goals in S4.
I love Paige. But she's very inconsistent after S4 with just what she wants out of life. One minute its full time witch. Then temp jobs. Then Magic School. Then embracing her whitelighter side with charges. Then she wants to figure out a career again and thinks about being an officer. Just when she decides to get her old job back as a social worker in 'The Lost Picture Show', Sam shows up. So its being a whitelighter for her.
She had no goals or a sense of purpose. It's the one thing, I disliked about her character. She was all over the place. It's like the writer had no clue what they wanted to do with her half the time.
Elle Em. I really think that would have been better. Let Paige be the more professional and grown up advancing in her career and get a promotion. While letting Phoebe quit her job. Can you blame her after what happened in S4. Become a full-time witch instead. Let her find her purpose and finally figure out what she wants to do with her life. I dislike magic school. However, Phoebe running it might work in S7. Take her character back to how much she loved magic in S1. I might like Phoebe more if she goes back to embracing magic and all. Then when Leo takes over near the end of S7, does Phoebe finally figure out what her true purpose in life is. Maybe, she realizes she never wants children of her own. Preferring to just be an aunt and all her students at magic school feel like her children. I could her deciding to be a school councilor or even a therapist though.

I love the idea of Paige being so independent and capable while Phoebe is the one who has some trouble with a career. It's a fun flip of their roles in a way, because Phoebe has had more time to get a career together, and also had Prue and Piper to influence her, while Paige had to do it alone. I'd have loved to see Phoebe quitting her job and diving back into being a witch in season 5 as a form of therapy for all she went through with Cole. I'd write her as being devastated about losing him and their child, and have her work through her troubles by wanting to become a better witch. I wish magic school didn't exist, but I like the idea of Phoebe not becoming a mother but instead taking a job that allows her to help kids in some way. I think she'd be a better mother figure to kids who weren't her own than a mother to a kid that was hers.

So she can really go back to her roots of being a better witch and heal from S4. She might have a chance to turn back into Phoebs, or still the Phoebs of the early seasons. But, enough growth and change to stop her graduating into an even worse version of PhoeME. I too don't like magic school. But, If we had to put up with it. I can picture Phoebe really enjoying the job. If she was a mother figure to kids who weren't hers, and taken that role. She was always so great with kids in the earlier seasons, even if she wasn't a mother herself. Paige took the job, but she never seemed happy in it. The writers had no idea what they wanted from Paige, she kept flip flopping between wanting to be a full time witch one second to wanting a normal life and job the next.
