I do remember this episode, and I understand why Phoebe was trying to warn future witches about him, but I am with Prue on this one. A little too personal (and irrelevant) information that has nothing to do what he does, as a demon. Just needed the human form and be done with it.

She said that she wanted to warn future generations about Cole. Knowing how good he is in bed and how great his stamina is...is only warning them to not sleep with him. |

I think that this entry was supposed to be funny but it doesn't really come off that way. It was like how when her and Paige were making Piper's dream guy and she started to write "really big...." But yeah this was pretty crunchy. |

I only liked it because it parallels (kind of) Grams' s scribbles about the Necromancer:  alt text

A user and a liarBoth entries are silly and unnecessary...Phoebe's definitely more than Penny's though. I don't think all that needed to be in the Book of Shadows, she could've just put in sticky notes or something. |

Phoebe obviously wanted people to know about Cole's human side because the book only told about his demon one and how to kill that and so because she'd dated him around the time Phoebe wrote that entry what little she knew about Cole Phoebe wanted penned down overall.
Of course, it would've made more sense pencilling down battle strategies or weaknesses of Belthazor the sisters had picked up but Phoebe probably wanted to warn any potential witches in the future what Cole might be like encase he and she split up and he tried to kill any one of them no doubt.

I can't believe she put the sexual stuff in there - esp as her children and nieces and nephews would have read that.
It must of been a joke and meant not for us to pause over it as if we wouldn't eventually see it! - similar to the inconsistencies of the family tree.

😄 No one wants to know the kind of stamina their ex-uncle, grandfather or mother and aunt's lovers had in bed. Better to traumatize the future generation now so if they see Cole in the future, they cringe instead of finding him super sexy at first sight. |

If I recall correctly Phoebe was mid-20s during this and being emotional and not thinking clearly during a traumatic breakup fits. I did some erratic things then that looking back I'm like wow that was dramatic and totally not necessary or called for lol
