I voted critically 7 - perhaps because of the love triangle and Prue's advanced career development.
I voted 8 personally.

Critically 7 and Personal a 9. I like S2, but just slightly less than S1. So that sounds about right to me with my personal grade.  |

I'd say critically a 6, personally a 7.
It's a season where its magic comes from the characters. The season doesn't have a very strong narrative and kind of tows the line between being stand alone and arcs. It does produce 3-4 of the shows best episodes. I think we probably learn the most about the Halliwells this season with us seeing their future, their past, Pattys death/appearance of spirit Grams.
If it followed the type of episodes like Morality Bites more throughout the season it would've been a truly epic season.
The season premiere is strong, the finale is weak and overall interesting choice how to end the season. The 4 Horseman episode should've been the finale and been a bit bigger/drawn out.
