BEFORE 'All Hell Breaks Loose'. I'd want that one to be redone and not have the Charmed Ones act so stupidly - let someone besides Brad Kern write it!
I'd end it the same way, but Phoebe would be the one who dies and continue it from there, but let saving innocents be their destiny, not vanquishing the Source - and end after four seasons.

Starting season 2: I love season 2, but every step that is taken from the beginning of the show sets it in motion for the future, and a lot was established in season 2 that I'd change. I'd have Leo not come back, Prue not quit her Bucklands job, and a few other things that I think would set it up for a better future. That said, I'd keep the same light feel to the season, which was a nice balance to have after the dark and mysterious season 1.
Starting season 4: I'd have Piper be the one who died here. I think the most interesting yet probably most short-lived dynamic of the sisters would be Prue, Phoebe, and Paige. And since I have a hard time thinking of killing anyone off, I'd go with my idea I had before of Piper being made into a whitelighter after her death, but she clips her wings and essentially just goes back to being a normal human being, continuing on with her life after technically being dead for a few days or weeks, or however long the whole process takes. Then she'd still exist alongside her sisters, Paige included, but not as a witch. Or she could just die, Leo could move on to be with her in some other form of existence, and the sisters could turn their backs on whitelighters and the elders in general.
Starting season 5: I thought they did really well with killing off a main character and introducing another, and I quite like season 4 as a whole. I'd not have Cole come back, though. I could accept that he's still out there somewhere, but that he and Phoebe never meet again, which would be better for both of them. I'd have Paige keep her job and Phoebe be the one who quits hers and goes on a journey of healing after losing both Cole and their child, and is the one to dive back into magic. I'd have Piper have a girl that is powerful, but not so powerful that she eclipses her mother and aunts.
Starting specific episode season 3: I like the idea of Pre-Witched as a series finale, so it would be fun if it picked up a few years after that ended. I'd have all three original sisters alive here, and Paige wouldn't be a character. I don't know what I'd pick for each sister, but I'd like each one of them to all have unique lives, meaning that I wouldn't have all three sisters each end up married with three kids like in the show's actual ending. One of them might have kids, one might have a job no one saw coming, and one might be considered way more powerful than the others for her magical knowledge and practice of witchcraft, or something. I'd still have them all be close, but each with different types of lives they're living.

I like what you'd want to do, Elle Em, except for what you do with Piper. I LOVE the idea of her being the one who dies, but not as a whitelighter or not coming back. I'd want her simply gone. In the same way, I'd ant Cole gone after S4. The idea of him simply out there, ready to come back at any time, no, I don't like that at all.
But, of course, that's me. I'm sure most Charmed fans would probably LOVE all of your ideas.

Finale season 3 : the source sends possessed cops to shoot the sisters in the house, instead of Alice.
Then, if Shannen is to be fired, I would like Holly to resign and in the face of the outcry, a TV movie is produced. If neither Shannen nor Alyssa are fired then I would like a darker season 4, the Source is furious because Phoebe escaped, during the season he kills Cole and Leo, steals their powers and kills all the elders and whitelighers. The sisters' emotions weaken the sisters but they manage to defeat the Source with the power of three. So I would like season 5 very fresh like season 2. Paige introduces herself to the sisters, she is attracted to the house and does not understand why, the Elders put a powerful spell on Paige so that she would never discover them as sisters . I wish she had her power of divination and her orbs. She would be a powerful witch Warren and the last Whiteligher. The sisters will teach her to fight demons, to protect the innocent and the witches. In the end, the angel of destiny offers three resurrections to the Charmed One. Of course, Prue would think of Andy, Piper Leo and Phoebe Cole. The episode would be mixed with "A Paige from the Past". In the last scene, Prue and Phoebe resurrect Paige's parents. They emotionally embrace and watch as Paige takes hers and Piper takes Leo.
