Phoebe, then Phoebe and Piper died around 6 p.m. It's interesting to imagine Prue and Piper devastated until midnight joined by Andy a few minutes later who was behind the door. Then Prue alone joined by Andy. What do you think happens in six hours?

I've wondered this before myself. It's such a long time to have to be in such agony. Certainly Andy would know what to do in a situation like that, and would probably call people from his department. The body or bodies would be taken away, and Prue and Andy, and Piper the time she survived, would be interviewed because of the extremely violent and sudden deaths. It would be a horrible six hours, especially the second time around since Prue lost both of them.
We can also think about it from the other side, and what Piper experienced once and Phoebe experienced twice after they died. Did they move on and see their mom and grandmother? Time would probably pass differently for them in an afterlife, but they still would have had some time. Maybe they even passed through some kind of limbo like in the season 4 episode with the guy who tried to cheat death. It's interesting to think that Phoebe and Piper, the two who eventually lived, would have time spent moving on together before being saved. A conversation with the two of them as they are preparing to move on would make a great fan fiction.
