Not sure if there's any Shadowhunters fans here, which imo, is one of the potential gone wasted. The show started out not that great but surely was improving and I was actually excited to see more of the Shadow World only for it to be cancelled. I mean, it's not entirely original but based on the story from a book series, but the casts and crews really put a lot of love into making the show, which is what makes it very enjoyable.
Relatively recently, Kat McNamara and Dom Sherwood started a podcast for the show, listening to them talking about the episodes is awesome too, I love how they really go into details about each episode, sharing all the background insights and I am looking forward to listening to more of it (actually preferring that to the House of Halliwell podcast now cause there's lesser small talks, Dom and Kat are rather good at staying on topic, which is the episode itself, so it just feels nicer to listen to).
Once again, not sure if there's any fans here. I am not even really a fan of the book (grew out of it), but if anything Cassandra Clare did, she did brought a beautiful world into the media world.

I watched the show. I was so happy that they at least got an ending and a two-hour wrap-up when they got canceled. Although I've never read the books. I'll have to check this one out. I love to hear they are staying on topic and actually really dive into the episodes and background.

Wish that they get to renew for more season though, because there's so much potential there. You didn't miss too much from the books, I am not exactly a fan of TMI series, usually when I say I like the world, I love the prequel series, The Infernal Devices. XD Yes yes, it's very detailed, so I have a lot of fun watching. Both Kat and Dom are both contributing a lot of background details, talking about each episodes and also their audition process and so, loving it so far.
