The episode, itself, I do enjoy, but it's not one of my "must watch" from S2.

I will say that whole scene, in the park, with teen Prue running towards Piper and screaming "Piper! Piper!", and Piper freaking out because she can't get to her due to being restrained by the Genie, in my opinion, is fairly well directed.

I didn't vote for it, but I can see why someone would.

True and the scene where Phoebe flies into the attic is comically done very well too.
