It could be a nice way to bring back the show with these 4 as the antagonists.
It seems really relevant considering how War Strife Famine and Death have escalated so much more than when this episode aired?

Four Horsemen of Apocalpse as villians have been done in other series like Sleep Hollow, Supergirl, X-men animated series and movies too I think. I'd be okay with them being shown loyal to Wyatt in the evil future. Heck even Wyatt making members of his family those four horseman. Since he wants to remind everyone of how powerful he exactly is.
It would be a twist to find out if they all willingly joined him instead of being forced or under a spell. It's very childish of Charmed to constantly always go with under an evil spell and possession made me do bad stuff to wrap things up.

S6 was such a missed opportunity to show much more of the Dark future. Charmed chickened out going deeper into the struggles and complex layers of going to the dark side with characters. Shows (not just Charmed) love to use the spell gone wrong or being under possession as a way out. So much we could've seen. The idea of some characters willingly joining Wyatt and evil would be quite a story. I find S6 should've done a whole full showing of the dark future with Wyatt's rise to power and showing how the Charmed Ones died. Which sister was the last one standing. Yet S6 ended on such a bad note where all season Chris had this mission but we the viewers do not see what happened to the Halliwell family in this future. 👎 |
