I don't think Rose is truly convincing, probably just wanted to get that question over with. Brian's right though, CGI can make it possible for both to be together while not being in the same room to film. If they can use CGI and special effects to make Shannen appear alongside herself as a clone or astral self, then its possible to do the same with them both.
What do you all think about this?

You are right she sounds very not convincing (haha).
Honestly if you had of asked me a few years ago I would have said getting Alyssa, Holly and Shannen in the same room would have been impossible - but now that possibility seems far greater than Rose, Alyssa and Holly.
I honestly think at this point even if Rose was willing to film something with Alyssa I'm not sure Alyssa would do it. If I was in Alyssa's shoes I certainly wouldn't. Most people will not put themselves in situations where they are not really wanted to be there by another person - Rose in this case since she seems to truly despise Alyssa.

With special effects today they can certainly fool us into believing they're in the same room even hugging despite Alyssa and Rose ever filming together.

That's more up to Rose than Alyssa. They all know they need all of them to be a Charmed success so if they were approached I think they'd do it
