I will die on the hill that S2 Piper is one of the worst (not the absolute worst 'cause S8 holds that slot) of Pipers, in the series.
Even when Piper was my favorite, I NEVER liked S2 Piper. She used Dan for her quest of "normalcy". Even without Leo, Dan would STILL be that avenue, for Piper. And, OFC, I hate how awful she was towards Leo, in this season. S2 Piper is the reason why I hated S2, so much. Now, that she's no longer my favorite sister, I appreciate S2 more 'cause of Phoebe. But, S2 Piper annoys me greatly.
That being said, I disagree with your votes for Phoebe and Paige, but it's mostly other seasons I prefer. I agree with Prue, though.
