Top 5 for me. I honestly don't have a number 1 show. Just Charmed is among my top 5. I never rank shows just have a set of 5 I love to bits which Charmed is grouped in.

Depends if you mean Charmed (S1-2),then it's one of my Top Ten along with Forensic Files (#1 show for me - the rest I can't really rank them; I have the DVDs and LOVE re-watching all of them),The Fugitive (with David Janssen), Superman (original with George Reeves), The Monkees, Dark Shadows (the original), The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Lou Grant, Love Boat and Fantasy Island. If you mean the alternate-universe spin-off (S3-8), then it's not even in the Top 500.
So I didn't vote.
Now if some of the fanfic series were the actual series, then the entire Charmed series would be a Top 5. They're what keeps me coming back to the Cafe much more than discussing canon, although that's fun, too.
By the way, the Cafe is my #1 site. I visit it more than any other. That's partially because I don't stream and don't buy anything online, so Charmed is really the only thing I'm interested in online.

So, I can better explain why Charmed is my number one show. How I rank shows is how comfortable I am watching them. Or, what's classified as a "comfort" show. "Comfort Shows" for me, aren't always the best acted, best written, best directed, etc. I like feeling a part of the universe, and Charmed definitely hits that, for me. Gotham is another "comfort" show, but I will say Gotham has Charmed beat on the acting but like Charmed (and maybe Charmed outbeats Gotham on this) Gotham lacks writing and direction. The one show I can actually call a "masterpiece" would actually be Joss Whedon's "Firefly". It's well acted, written, directed, etc. HOWEVER, there are times when I'm not as comfortable watching it like I am with Charmed and/or Gotham. Firefly can be a little bit too serious, for my taste (despite some comedic moments, lingering around). I think (also) because BOTH Charmed AND Gotham have more seasons to get lost around in, whereas Firefly barely has a season and so re-watching Firefly can get old, REALLY fast LOL And, Charmed surpasses Gotham by MILES, as Charmed as 3 more seasons over Gotham. I'm just here for "comfort" rather than the best acting, directing, writing, etc. Hope that makes sense |

My TV show ranking - 1- Buffy the vampire slayer 2- Doctor Who 3- Xena Warrior Princess 4- Angel 5- Charmed 6- Being Human 7- Batman the animated series 8- Twin Peaks 9- the walking dead 10- Wentworth It's a sin, Sherlock, Desperate housewives, friends, vicar of Dibley, ab fab, inside no 9, years and years, Broadchurch, happy valley, twilight zone are up there too Like my shows here I do call QUALITY the details in script, directing, acting, inspirations and influence, imagination creativity, soundtrack, stories, plots, arcs, events etc and how characters stand out Like Doctor Who here such a lengthy show where every four or five years we get a new era it showed and changes and twists and turns and that means I can escape in it forever Buffy Xena angel CHARMED all have spanned a decade and defined an era in cult television ...yes they're all different but they're timeless they're beyond the era they were set in whereas loads of shows seem to blend in these stood out and fought to stand out too! Regardless of Charmed maybe seen as a more tongue in cheek addition to other shows it stood out with it's USP and still gets references today Power of three, chanting, creating spells and potions and big arcs and family based coven stuff seems to stem from it too And season 3 and 4 is such a standard |

I'd say it's my all time #1 favorite show - it's also my most rewatched show as I find it super easy to just throw an episode on when I'm cleaning, having coffee, etc.
In no order here are some of my other favorites:
1. Charmed
2. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
3. Desperate Housewives
4. Roswell (original)
5. Drop Dead Diva
6. Will & Grace
7. The Walking Dead
8. UnREAL
9. Hope & Faith
I also like a lot of reality shows but don't really count them in the same category as fictional shows. I love RuPaul's Drag Race, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Love is Blind, etc.

Charmed isn't my number-one rated show as there are others which I've enjoyed just as much throughout the years but it's definitely within my top ten then with the others being.
Supernatural, Smallville, Due South, Friends, Xena and Hercules, Only Fools And Horses, Mrs Browns Boys, Stargate Franchise, And probably Family Guy or Simpsons then.
