Easily Prue and Phoebe for S2 for me.
S2 Piper is such a disappointment for me after having loved her in S1 and so irritating, with the exception of a few moments here and there.

Pheobe? She was more mature and reasonable than in Season 1 but still fun and easy-going, positive towards life in general and witchcraft. Prue finishes second, again.

S2 Prue and Phoebe all the way!
This season gets wrapped up in Piper a lot, her club, and the love triangle between Leo and Dan. Piper slowly complaining and evolving into what we see in the later seasons.

Phoebe for sure.
Piper I don't like and Prue has a personality disorder and she isn't like she was in 1 & 3, but Prue would still be my second choice over Piper for second.
