Grams is a cheater

Grams has issues with men and doesn’t trust them but in S5 Necromancing the Stone it’s revealed that she was in love with the necromancer and that he was using her to get to her families magic via patty’s wiccaning.

So, assuming that is happened when Patty was a baby like Wyatts was then that means Allen was still alive and still with Penny because we know this from Season 6 when Paige is sent to the past and we see Penny and Allen together and in love and they mention that Patty is with Allen’s sister.

So, grams is a hypocrite.

It’s not important but it just occurred to me and thought I’d mention it here lol

Considering the timeline of S6E11 "Witchstock" is not correct even for Grams, S5 was first and thus S6 is the one with the inconsistency.

That being said, S5E18 "Cat House" retconned Piper & Jeremy as being engaged even though neither Pilot (aired and unaired) support this.

I always go by whatever lore was first.

Aside from the timeline, as far as cheating goes, it's also entirely plausible that maybe Grams had a fling with the Necromancer before she got with Allen, ended things, and he attacked at Patty's wiccaning. OR maybe AFTER he attacked, Grams and Allen separated or such, thus giving her the opportunity to pursue a relationship with the Necromancer before vanquishing him and getting back with Allen before his untimely death.

Upon referencing the script:

"Grams: You used me. You prayed on my affections just to get to my family.

Necromancer: And for that I am truly, truly sorry. I was just trying to survive. I never intended to fall in love with you either."

So that actually does point more toward what you said. Because at the time, aside from Patty, Grams was by herself. So maybe they did have a small affair, he "used" her and attacked at Patty's wiccaning, and she banished him.

It's funny imagining her cooking him lambchops with mint jelly and watching Clark Gabel movies together with Allen nowhere to be found
