The cast often talk about this time being the sweet spot of the series.
Do you think its when the sisters are dancing to the Crandberries and in and around that time?

There's a good vibe in this season as far as the cohesiveness between the cast. It's relaxed and fun. I guess from a real world perspective this and season 1 could both be considered golden eras, although season 2 has the benefit of them all being a bit more familiar with each other.

It's definitely one of my favorite scenes. I love that they're all dancing with their NON-magical guys! How I wish it had stayed that way all series! Enjoy!

Yeah it seems like the last half or S1 and beg. of S2 was when the show had a following by this point. It's also like 3 worlds ago, before the 9/11 era. Catures the late 90s/early 2000s vibe well.

I think so too. Last half of S1 and early S2 is when the shows following/popularity of the show was high or getting there. Despite what some fans may think of S4-S8, I still think it has success despite what we may think of writing. I think S7-S8 is when the popularity and following kind of died off. But I'm talking more overall not just the die-hard fans but from the casual watchers who are not online.

I do like S2, but I don't think it's as good as S1. Not even early S1. Sorry, not sorry.
S1 will ALWAYS be my number one. S2 and I have had a rocky relationship. I used to hate it, but that's because I was a Piper fan, and I HATE her, in S2. But since Phoebe is my favorite, again, and I consider S2 Phoebe's BEST season, I find the beauty in S2, again. But, Phoebe is really my ONLY favorite sister, in S2. I HATE S2 Piper! And, I don't recognize S2 Prue, at all. She's NOTHING like Prue was established to be, in S1. But, she doesn't annoy me, as much as S2 Piper.
Episode-wise, as far as storytelling goes, I feel S2 has a bit of an edge over S3-S8. I don't mean about the sisters, either. I'm talking some of the mythology, the villains, innocents, etc.
I'm one of the few who couldn't care less about needing sisterly bonding time, in the show, but how they tackle the day against certain types of villains, innocents, etc.
