I know. Guess for them there's still trauma they haven't resolved and all four will never come together to hash it out. Honestly all four need therapy to heal from this. I just wish this feud would die off. It's exhausting at this point. |

Summary of my own understanding
Alyssa built a case of an unsafe working environment
The network/execs must have thought that it was a robust enough case to fire Shannen Doherty as part of a Settlement agreement.
Holly was contracted and stayed
Rose hates Alyssa because she was difficult to work on set and also because she is connected to CAA.
Connie was also being pushed out and Brad Kern was being a misogynistic pig.
Holly was on good terms with Alyssa and now bad terms after becoming friends with Shannen again.
All actresses have had personal and professional success in their life post Charmed
Holly seems to be such a bitter mean girl and after listening to HoH I think she has just made things worse.
Showbizz is show bizz.
So what if Alyssa’s team was smart enough to get her out of what she thought was an unsafe working environment. And so what if she wanted to be “first of the call sheet”.
Having cancer and being close to death should put you closer to being a forgiving person. What a way to live out your last couple of years making sure you had the last say.
Be happy that the show you all apart of creates happiness for so many others. That should cancel out everything else.

Out of all four, she's the worst now. She isn't helping matters for continuing to inject herself into other people's business and being an instigator. I guess Charmed is all she has. Its the only way she can stay relevant. Why is she so bitter. I don't understand what her problem is. |

So, if there was uncomfortableness among the group, either in the writer's room, in their trailers, the random restaurant they all ate at, together, etc., I can understand Milano's discomfort. If Combs wants to play semantics, as her defense, then I do believe both Doherty & Combs are guilty of bullying. |

Shannen and Alyssa also have totally different political beliefs. Shannen is a Republican and Alyssa a hard core Democrat. That think plays a part in why they're always never going to get along.
I can relate to feeling like a third wheel. I've been there. Always two people are going to closer in a trio. Maybe this never happens If the show had 2 sisters or 4 from the start (maybe). Thought even the reboot stars had some beef too. So trio's just never work. But I digress. It was bound to happen.
Probably why Alyssa and Kaley really clicked and got along and why Kaley is closest to Alyssa from Charmed. Alyssa finally had another female co star in her corner while Holly and Rose were close and had each other.
I personally feel they all had egos.

I haven't listened to the podcast or read anything on social media about this whole thing, but to me Alyssa just doesn't sound that bad at all. I'm sure she's far from perfect just like anyone, but a big part of her job is to be in the spotlight. If she went about that in a rude way or was unprofessional or unpleasant, then that's not good, but I can't blame an actress for doing actress things. I also think it's very telling that you typically don't hear bad things about her, and she's also just mostly keeping her mouth shut about all this stuff while the others are talking about it again. I hope she just continues to stay away from it all and just be at peace with better things she has going on. |

I hope she just continues to stay away from it all and just be at peace with better things she has going on. I hear quite a lot of "bad stuff" about her. Unrelated to Charmed, she's getting dragged through the mud about asking for donations to send her son to a sports game or something, in NYC. Not to mention her very political takes and has been in some nasty flame wars prior to Holly (looks at Rose). Oh, Alyssa, always opening up her big mouth. Milano just has a better PR team. |

Yeah, one could also say Alyssa sent out her mother to do the "dirty work" right after the first podcast episode was released, only to chime in with her own words weeks later, pretending to be the "reasonable" one who wants "healing". I think none of them is really right or wrong and the matter is certainly not black and white. It would be nice if they could just bury the past, but it is what it is. |

There was no social media back then. This has blown up bigger now because all of them have platforms to converse their greavences online. Back then it was whatever the papers or news said. |
