Who is the 'Dana' actress that was supposed to play Prue?

In the podcasts its been said that Shannen was supposed to take the role of Piper, and then Holly would have been cast for Phoebe. 

And that there was another actresss called Dana who was supposed to play Prue?

I google searched to find other Dana's

Dana Barron maybe. She had a recurring role on 90210, another Spelling Show. The only other Dana I can think of.
