I've been obsessed with making spread sheets, about the show, regarding different criterias. I figured I'd share my findings of Phoebe's abilities. Phoebe's abilities will include the following: premonitions (past, present, future or otherwise, regardless if visual, non-visual and/or off-screen), strength (as in using her martial arts skills), levitation and/or empathy. I will be spoiler-tagging to avoid stretching pages.

Premonitions

MUST be from the REAL Phoebe! Not swapped with Prue (S1E21 "Love Hurts"), Cryto (S2E17 "How to Make a Quilt Out of Americans), Ronny (S7E11 "Ordinary Witches"), etc. Nor, from "little Phoebe" like in S1E17 "That 70s Episode". And, no fake-out premonitions like from Rex (S1E10 "Wicca Envy") and/or the Seer (S4E21 "Womb Raider") nor shared/vision quests/spell journey like from S2E14 "Pardon My Past", Enola (S6E14 "The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell") or Ronny (S7E11 "Ordinary Witches") will count as "premonitions". Only exception is from Bo in S3E14 "The Good, the Bad & the Cursed". No "dreams", either like in S4E21 "Womb Raider" and/or S5E4 "Siren Song". Strength

ONLY when Phoebe makes PHYSICAL contact with just her own body. NOT using an object like throwing a dagger, at the Rowe brothers in S1E18 "When Bad Warlocks Go Good", hitting a Grimlock upside the head with her flashlight, in S1E19 "Out of Sight", throwing her phone, at an energy ball, in S5E17 "Lucky Charmed" nor throwing stars at the Demonatrixes in S6E20 "A Wrong Day's Journey Into Right". Will ONLY make an exception for S8E16 "Engaged & Confused". MUST be PROPER kicking, punching, flipping people over, etc.

NOT including the following S2E20 "Astral Monkey", S3E10 "We all Scream for Ice Cream", S3E15 "Just Harried", S5E3 "Happily Ever After" nor S6E14 "The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell" due to a pull/grab/push/basic punch is not really a "Martial Art" ability nor showcases what her Martial Arts can really do. Her flexibility/ dodging maneuvers like in S1E22 "Deja Vu all Over, Again", S7E4 "Charrrmed!" nor S7E9 "There's Something About Leo" will NOT be included, either. Nor body tackles like in S5E5 "Witches in Tights" & S8E4 "Desperate Housewitches". This is ONLY for physical combat!

MUST be for REAL Phoebe and NOT possessed/shapeshifted/influenced Phoebe like in S8E13 "Repo Manor", Empathy influenced Phoebe beating up both Paige & Leo in S6E1-2 "Valhalley of the Dolls, Pt 1 & 2" nor Hulked out Phoebe in S8E9 "Hulkus Pocus" nor flashback Phoebe in S6E19 "Crimes & Witch Demeanors" & S8E17 "Generation Hex". Will ONLY make exceptions for soul swapped Phoebe in S2E14 "Pardon my Past" & illusion confused Phoebe in S5E7 "Sympathy for the Demon". Will NOT include when Phoebe misses with her Martial Arts ability like in S6E11 "Witchstock" due to Nigel (a Warlock) blinking away. Taking inspiration from my post in the Favorite and Least Favorite Phoebe Episodes, I got to thinking which episodes don't have Phoebe utilizing her abilities (powers and/or martial arts via Strength), at all, whatsoever. This does NOT include saying spells, making a potion, using a special magical item, etc. Here are my findings:

Season One
Note: Phoebe does NOT have a single premonition nor utilizes her strength (martial arts abilities) in these episodes. I'll be generous and give Phoebe a point in having a premonition in S1E10 "Wicca Envy" even if it's fake.
