I took liberty to look over S5-S8, to see which episodes has BOTH Piper Freezing & Phoebe having Premonitions. Not to anyone's surprise, it's not a lot:

I've only done a simple S1-S4 power count of Prue TKs/APs, Piper Freeze/Blow Up, Phoebe Premonitions/Levitations & Paige Heals/Still Orbs/TK Orbs/Travel Orbs. S5-S8 is still on hold. S4 is the ONLY post-S3E20 "Exit Strategy" season that balances out Piper's Freezing/Blow Up Power the best, I can definitely tell you that much. Piper freezes 29 times, throughout S4 and blows up 42 times, in S4. Yes, she explodes more than she freezes, but you get more Piper freezes in S4, alongside her blow up power, out of ANY other season. My Piper Freeze Count thread can help you see that, though I still don't have a full on analysis of S5-S8, yet. Mainly regarding Piper's blow up power, and all of Paige's powers.

I finished all of Phoebe's powers, and Prue is a simple count. I'm still going over S1-S3 on how she TKs with her eyes 'cause sometimes she doesn't look and then looks. She'll have her eyes closed vs opened. She'll even jerk her head, it's really interesting but requires a bit of work LOL Coming soon!
