S1E20 "The Power of Two" - Much as I love this episode, Piper doesn't freeze, anything.
S1E21 "Love Hurts"
S1E22 "Deja Vu all Over, Again"
S2E18 "Chick Flick" - Not counting Phoebe using the attic roof to help kick Bloody Mary out of the window
S2E19 "Ex Libris"
S2E20 "Astral Monkey"
S2E21 "Apocalypse, Not" - Not counting Prue's TK, as the Horsemen were immune to it.
S2E22 "Be Careful What You Witch For"
S3E19 "The Demon who Came in from the Cold"
S3E20 "Exit Strategy"
S3E21 "Look who's Barking"
S3E22 "All Hell Breaks Loose"
S1 > S2/S3
Choosing S2 over S3 because I like 1/2 of the S2 episodes (S2E19 "Ex Libris") compared to 0/2 of the S3 episodes.
